Secondary home from 10.30 € a day within the limits of available stocks. Long-term rental from 60 months (5 years) with a fixed rent (no price increase for the duration of the contract). Offer valid for the signing of a long-term rental contract for mobile home accommodation, of the brand O'HARA, MODÈLE 784 T, ANNÉE DE FABRICATION 2017, found on the premises of CAMPING LES OURMES campsite, for 10.30€ including VAT, on a 365-day basis. this price corresponds to the provision of the mobile home + the stay of the number of people equivalent to the reception capacity of the mobile home ; for the entire duration of the opening of the campSite & includes a rental kit, insurance, exterior maintenance, tourist tax as well as a fixed electricity consumption & water per season. the rental amount to pay every month is 309.00€ including VAT over 12 months, subject to subscribing to the 6S Formula (which leaves the accommodation at the campsite available in high season for subletting to its holiday customers).
